Isolated Soybean Protein
We offer the following Isolated Soybean Protein products:
Swiss-Pro 201 - Swiss-Pro 201 Isolated Soybean Protein is highly absorbent. It emulsifies fat and moisture, forming emulsions which are heat-stable and adding firmness to the texture of finished meat products.
Swiss-Pro 202 - Swiss-Pro 202 Isolated Soybean Protein has similar properties to Swiss-Pro 201 with the additional benefit of being specially treated to prevent dust when pouring.
Isolated Soybean Protein is also known as Isolated Soy Protein, Isolated Soya Protein, Soy Protein Isolate, Soya Protein Isolate, and by the initials ISP.
Concentrated Soybean Protein
Swiss-Pro 401 - Swiss-Pro 401 Concentrated Soybean Protein is used to improve the texture and appearance of many foods, including meat products, bakery products, breakfast cereals ice cream.
Concentrated Soybean Protein is also known as Concentrated Soy Protein, Concentrated Soya Protein, Soy Protein Concentrate and Soya Protein Concentrate.
Textured Soybean Protein
Swiss-Pro 301 - rich in protein (minimum 50%) and extremely low in both fat and sodium. When re-hydrated Swiss-Pro 301 has a texture much like that of meat, making it suitable for use in meat-based recipes or as a meat replacement. It is also used in vegetable fillings. Swiss-Pro 301 is supplied as biscuit colored granules. Other colors, shapes and sizes can also be supplied if required.
Textured Soybean Protein is also known as Textured Soy Protein, Textured Soya Protein, Textured Vegetable Protein, and by the initials TSP and TVP.
